The Hilton Scottsdale Resort has a strong staff that provides excellent service to each and every guests. The property has earned the AAA Four Diamond Award for 8 years in a row!

Cons

The employee meals are not very good.

Pros

Great benefits, good discounts at hotels all around the world. A good resume builder for those that want to enter into Hotel Management at some point.

Cons

Scheduling is 24/7 and having weekend and holidays off is never optimal. Learning to deal with other departments can be challenging as well. You don't get a chance to learn who all of your co-workers are, because your are always working in different departements and transitional shifts.

Client interaction Freedom to Create and be productive Keep in mind this is not a Hilton Corporate hotel, flexibility was nice

Cons

Out of touch management Unrealistic expectations Drastic reactions without weighing consequences Very limited resources (IE. lack of staff and support)
