      Pretty good benefits. Lessened the burden of commute. Not enough pay

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Zero flexibility in schedule, though 4-10's is a good schedule. Held against me in evaluations for not staying for OT. Not enough team members to allow people time off without forcing others into OT.
