Pros
Highly successful and revered company with over 60 years of proven track record within the industry. Coworkers are some of the brightest, most-driven, and successful I have been surrounded by in my career. In my experience, managers have an open-door policy and are always willing and able to help answer questions or offer proper guidance on projects. Outside of the wealth of knowledge I have picked up from coworkers during my tenure, I've also really enjoyed the time spent with colleagues during non-work hours or just casual conversations throughout the work day. There is ample opportunity for career progression within your given profession. I also know of colleagues who have switched roles and gone a different career route while staying under the Hines umbrella.
Cons
The work can be quite challenging, but that is what I was looking for when I joined the firm.
