      Pros

      Great training, structure, administrative support, benefits, very smart people. Not a lot of turnover of employees - once people join Hines, they tend to stay.

      Cons

      Company is top-heavy with a lot of senior people who have been there for decades. While this may seem good, at first, it means there is little room for upward mobility for people in more junior roles. Since turnover is low, upper level positions rarely come available.
