Pros
Benefits seem ok. Ownership seems to genuinely care about people, or at least most of them. They seem to take care of their tenured/retiring employees. They are trying to find their way in the DEI environment.
Cons
No career opportunities outside the corporate office. Too many tenured employees or committees that create roadblocks for growth and opportunity. Too many layers, and adding more, which is counterintuitive to collaboration or opportunities. A lot of politics among teams at Central, significant tension is palpable, definitely have favorites and a certain type of employee who succeeds. Can take a long time to address employee issues, some leaders are very passive aggressive.
