      Pros

      Met some really good hard working people, loved the job I had, and the perks of working onsite at Facebook

      Cons

      Management is definite con not all managers there are skilled enough to be managers while quite a few at the correct background needed. Hines @ Facebook tends to hire people to be managers in facilities with no experience in facilities at all not hire individuals that come from improv acting or event/food ordering background

      The word “Amazon” on your resume

      Cons

      Constant pressure to please Amazon. “By all means necessary” approach to all facets of business. Management refers to this as the ability to be flexible but it’s more like bending over backwards on a daily basis even if it means compromising your dignity. If you don’t, be prepared to be thrown under the bus by management and subject to a performance write-up for failing to “do the job”.
