      Pros

      First full-time "real" job out of college. Great team environment. All people I met while working here are extremely professional, motivated and hard-working. All have great passion for the company and keep the "Hines Standard" ringing true.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is not always a priority as most offices are BUSY.
