      Quality company, good benefits, glass ceilings, lack of communication, some systems are very outdated and antiquated

      Pros

      In all honesty, it's probably one of the better companies to work for. Strong reputation as a leader in the industry.Competitive benefits. Employees generally actually care for one another.

      Cons

      Glass ceilings abound; overall structure of the company is very silo-ed so it is difficult to promote and transfer among different divisions. Many processes are outdated and are simply kept around because "that's how Hines' is". New technology comes in slowly, but processes are still kept and inefficiencies exist.
