Get incredible experience in a variety of fields. Lot of very smart, ambitious people work for this firm providing a wealth of projects and people to learn from.

Cons

Tough place for advancement given that most people have been at the firm for 20 to 30 years, meaning some opportunities for growth are limited.

Excellent training. Easy access to senior management. Great feedback to help you develop. Fun yet professional place to work. You get to work with quite a few very bright and talented people.

Cons

Upper or executive management positions rarely open up due to low turn over and delayed retirements. Apart from that there are no glaring areas of "dislike".
