For my experience, this by far has been one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Hines fosters an incredibly inclusive and welcoming environment, making it easy for employees from all backgrounds to feel they truly belong. My team dynamic is wonderful – everyone is collaborative, supportive, and eager to help one another succeed. More specifically, they are ALWAYS willing to turn a challenge into a teachable moment versus a blame fest. My mentor and the two managers that I had while here genuinely cares about personal and professional growth, encouraging ongoing training and providing opportunities to expand skills in and outside of our roles.
