      It is an amazing company!

      Pros

      Opportunities are everywhere, you learn so much and therefore grow profesionally. Team leaders are highly experienced and professional, they are willing to teach and enjoy doing so. Co-workers are nice to work with, very helpful. I could keep on going but this is enough.

      Cons

      Work load is tremendous, stressful at times. However, this really depends on if you work in a building that is old and was poorly managed before Hines took over it.

      The environment allows people to grow with the right training. Can progress fast with the will to learn.

      Cons

      Can get overwhelmed quick if not great with time management. Deadlines can arrive quick of not given a specific date you be trained on particular material.

      Pros

      Hines owners are top notch. Company ethics are excellent. Many great people have made Hines their career home, and have contributed their talents and experience to create a great atmosphere.

      Cons

      Advancement limited, but the opportunities are there for hard workers. Unfortunately, many of the newer and younger employees don't understand that they work for the company and not the other way around. Earn rewards by making contributions!
