Pros
The collaborative and inclusive environment is one I haven't experienced before with extremely high level of intellect and vision to move the company forward with regard to career development, system enhancements, customer service with competitive product. The current state of employee is high functioning with the ability to take on greater responsibilities whether project based / stretch assignments or role advancement. Hines is an exceptional organization and one I was fortunate to have a career with.
Cons
While there are internal mobility opportunities to develop professionally they are limited to the local geography with little flexibility for individuals to lead autonomously at the top level.
