Great benefits package and compensation

Cons

Overworked and understaffed. Constant project disruption, management not coordinated or supportive, and training is subpar. A big 4 would do well here, but not for someone coming from a smaller accounting practice.

Management was filled with self serving people that said some very horrendous things publicly and in meetings. They lost their account with Amazon shortly after I left, likely due to these issues.
