      Everyone there is really smart (Ivy League caliber). In many ways it's an academic environment. Top down focus and commitment to excellence.

      Hines is a family oriented company and they were very accommodating in times of need.

      Cons

      Management liked to punish the whole crew for the actions of a few. Not the fault of the company but management.

      The benefits and salary are competitive and they are pro union.

      Cons

      Management is very unorganized, the lack of communication amongst the managers is very apparent and it affects the group of men that they are managing. Secondly is the level of comfort between the Chiefs, Junior Chiefs and the engineers. The managers are quick to point out any mistakes and hand out more write ups than a meter maid in San Francisco.The managers don't have their workers backs and vice versa.
