      So far for me, there's no Cons. Just want to move to Dubai then to Spain that's why I resigned from them in Philippines.

      Pros

      i worked with lafarge pakistan for 4 years as a full time employee and i really enjoyed my time which spent at lafarge group i have a very good experience of working with that group

      as every organization have some cons lafarge also has there was a culture of white collar and other employees which was not good for organization culture
