      Pros

      Great infrastructure that promotes greater working methods. Employees' welfare was key in the activities and plans carried out.

      Cons

      Highly political particularly among managerial levels employees, causing a ruckus within departments. Unhealthy for growth of business - exponentially. Lacking in diversity when promotions are concerned, culminating with just few select individuals being promoted on a connection basis.

      Willing to help you learn new skills all the time. Great benefits, decent pay scale. Union company. All over the country

      Too many employees. Over the top amount of paper work has to be done before and after a job. Outdated machinery.
