      Pros

      There are many strategy frameworks that you can use. If you know French, you will have chance to use it with your bosses & go to Paris for training. Culture of health and safety is top notch.

      Cons

      Strategy manager is not really manager. You manage nobody yet need to get inputs from everybody.
