      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for advancement as a large international company. Pay and vacation time are good. Strong focus on building a safer culture. You can get help and support in career development. Most people enjoy working for Lafarge. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      There is bureaucracy that is typical in many large companies that can be frustrating at times. On the whole the company is slow to make changes as risk adverse. Leadership and management over the last few years has been lacking with repeated restructuring. Health benefits use to be above average now they are below average.
