Large company, potential for growth.

Cons

They are a large company and sometimes close profitable divisions in a region due to conditions in other Regions. It is easy to become just a number because of the size of the company. Most SR management is from UK and business philosophies sometimes vary from US.

rather large company if you have a "good" boss the experience can be a blast, if you don't it can be hell - very little support from HR in either case

Cons

very difficult to relocate, lot of close door meeting with too little information shared
