      Hybrid schedule 3 days in office 2 at home

      Cons

      • the 3 days in the office drain the life out of me • they do not care out their employees. No paid lunch time. If you go to a Honeywell event like a lunch and learn or meet your team or anything of the sorts, it's on your own time and you have to stay extra to meet your hours for the day. • they're so stuck in doing everything with the same boring old processes that it takes all the fun out of AEROSPACE • office culture is really boring and you can tell people there hate their life
