I have nothing good to say about this company, very dissapointed. I will not recommend this company at leastnin Mexico city.

Cons

Working with the chinese who does not have the knowledge or degree for the jobs. The most experience they have is the knowledge of english and spanish in the best scenario

The salary is above average and fringe benefits are very good if you are under direct Huawei’s payroll. Local environment is good!

Cons

If you are not Chinese, you have few opportunities to grow or to be considered. Is very hard chinese can trust you. Lack of several basic values like honesty. Many written communication is in chinese only, therefore is complicated to understand internal mails, guidelines and processes.
