      1. You can certainly learn a lot and get a good experience, a lot of opportunities inside the company; 2. Salary is relatively good, but really high pace and high pressure.

      1. basically 0 life and work balance. 2. really high pace and high pressure 3. english levels of chinese workers are not so good. 4. management sometimes can be really axxhole.
