      Pros

      I got lots of opportunities to learn and develop my technical skills. Had very good relationship with my colleagues and the management somewhat encouraged that.

      Cons

      Though it is currently the global no. 1 telecom vendor, it has lot to learn about professionalism if it wants to be a class act like Ericsson or NSN. They also have to go a long way to be appreciated as a technically sound vendor organisation in the telecom world. To be a truly multinational organization they also have to learn and sincerely apply nationalism-neutrality.

      capability of getting multi fields exposure, Capability to work under high pressure, good career development in short span, develop the capability to handle multiple responcibilities

      Cons

      Does not have competitive salary packages, no fixed working hours, no fixed responsibilities for any individual. Multiple managers for a single task. No fixed channel of communication and passing of orders.
