      Strong Technology Roadmap and R&D.

      Cons

      Complete Inability to Execute. Ineffective Non-Domestic Management who do not understand US Business Practices. Almost Corrupt Corporate Culture. Non-existent Sales Engineering.

      Pros

      Very good opportunities, a very motivated group of people, do more with less... :) if you want to learn at all levels, this organization can teach you in 1 year what you will learn elsewhere in 2-3 years... Very good salary structure, bonus structure...

      Cons

      Tough environment for women sometimes... never say no.. sometimes its ok to say no when its logical.. :) takes some time to get used to the "culture" everyone talks so much about. its the same as everywhere actually. :) Change management to be looked at for projects... we take the customer first to an extreme degree.. We can deliver more quality
