      Pros

      I have thought hard about this. None really unless you want to gain an insight on Huawei's proprietary technology which is mostly copied off Cisco etc.

      Cons

      Random management - albeit consistently poor, Very long working hours, poor working conditions. Lack of any authority.

      You don't have to have a lot of skills in the beginning, actually they give you lots of materials to study and there are lots of opportunitties to execute whar you have studied.

      Cons

      Sometimes you are forgotten by your bosses. Is very hard to be promoted.
