They have recently modified the HR policy and reduced the Salary + bonus + Variable Pay drastically You will be made to do a donkey's job daily lot of repeat tasks, unnecessary task and more useless work daily. Managers will ask you to send daily status report irrespective of the experience and position. Very strict attendance policy difficult to follow unless u are a single (for a minute late we need to claim for 1/2 day leave !!!!!!!!!!!) No value for your opinion, ideas and no much of interesting innovation done. Teams are always unstable and they recruit very less people, not good for any company.
