Talented teams being managed by unprofessional Managers
Pros
1. In good live project excellent learning opportunities 2. Team environment is better than many other companies 3. Good salary policies for the veterans in the company 4. Matured agile practices
Cons
1. Lack of professionalism in the management 2. Take employees for granted and treats them as if they dont have any personal life 3. Most of the office time is spent on following agile processes than actual development or testing. 4. Effort put by the employees and the employer giving back ratio is not proportional. 5. Lack of transparency from top to bottom level. 6. Salary is not upto the standard for the new joinies. 7. In the name of product company,Bangalore division provides service to Head quarter (China Team). 8. If the employee is not in live project his/her career may not grow. 9. The appraisal/hike depends on the time spent in the company rather than the productivity. 10. Very biased towards some of the employees who follow managers at every step. 11. Promotions are decided based on Examinations conducted by the Technical group which is a generic exam for all the teams.
