      All that glitters is not gold, and the shine is wearing off

      Pros

      High visibility and exposure. Being a non-Chinese employee is an asset (at first).

      Cons

      Buying it's share of the market Huawei managed to a) gain footprint b) commoditise the Telecom industry. Bad news is that when you are working for a company that trades commodity status products (price difference being the differentiator), then before you know it, you are a commodity as well.

      You will get very good compensation if you work hard. You can also learn alot during work.

      Cons

      Worklaod may be too much for some people. You always have a very tight schedule.
