-They have a lot of potential as a company, however opportunity tend to be squandered away by poor management and very poor business sense. -The president of the US operation goes on these hour long rants about how Huawei customer should be "appreciative" about the half ass effort that Huawei has put towards their requests. -There's no work life balance, it's all Huawei all the time. -HR is involved with daily business activities, i.e. product proposal to customer, product road map, etc. -Out right lying to staff from upper management -Bonus are rarely paid out

Always work concentrated, not too much time for private life if intend to earn more. Sales people are very aggressive even in internal issues. Over-time work is very usual.
