      1) Great learning curve. As a fresher, u can learn as much as u want. 2) Leaders give more responsibility so person will be doing much high quality work as compared to other company guy. 3) There is no difference in Testers and developers even Testers get more respect and hoinourship that developers. 4)Promotion system is good. You can become Technical project leader in 4 yrs. 5) Fully performance driven hikes

      1) Some recent changes in HR policies are not good. 2)some teams has very high load. 3)salaries are less as compared to compititors

      perfect for you if you are only dedicated in career. perfect for tough players. always go to customer to get first hand requirements. make sure every one in your projects knows your name. these 2 suggestions will help.

      don't like pressure? like vacations? then huawei won't fit you. basicly there is nothing personal for a good huaweier.
