      Work is always there even if it is only to do testing and releasing software Good source of experienced people but they dont share that.

      Cons

      Too many to count ... NO work life balance. You are expected to work late everyday. Also requested to come on weekends. Salary package is less and also confirmation might not happen. Rude managers and employees - negative and aggressive attitude in company. No relaxation activities or team building activities done. Managers are all doing micromanagement which limits the growth of employee. Canteen and Bangalore center is not worth serving food.

      Huawei Technologies is the biggest private company is China,and in the world top 500. huawei is the second largest telecom solutions provider.

      Cons

      frequently overtime work, heavy mental pressure too many workers in huawei,so it's not esay for you to get a promotion,unless you are niubility enough.
