      Pros

      Good Pay, variable component is always paid, and increased bonuses as you go up the ladder. Job rotation is taken up seriously Excellent place for freshers to learn - cases reported that ex-freshers with 2 yrs are taken in by competitors without even interviews!

      Cons

      Management needs a reality check in terms of treating people Facilities are still stuck in the 18th century - there needs to be a great revolution to bring about a change.

      Good reward for hard work. Exposure to large networks and mobile network technologies including 3G/4G/LTE. Work with sufficient positive pressure to push you learn more and experience more.

      Cons

      Sometimes forced to work over time to meet the dead line. Office politics for being Chinese company. Not a good work environment for non chinese speaker.
