      Too much of work but recognition given to people willing to work hard. Hikes become slower after first few years.

      1. Good hikes if willing to work hard. 2. Good project experience and challenging work in initial years. 3. Ability to grow at fast pace

      Cons

      1. Too much of work pressure. Unrealistic deadlines 2. Technically failed people put in management and hence they deteriorate overall team culture. 3. Management cannot take independent decisions. Parent Company in China has far bigger say than it should have.
