      Lots of opportunies of training and overseas projects, exposure to the edge technologies which are good for the growth of young graduates.

      Cons

      Too much overtime work, huge pressure, inflexible regulations

      It provides good salary to other companies, working environment, and leading tech in China, ranging from handset to telecom devices.

      Cons

      The company has too much work load and more competitive internal environment to other companies. You need to work 7 days a week!

      get to work on new things, lot of good process in places compensation is good compared to other places lof of new technical things can be learnt ... and lot of awards and recognitions are there to keep u motivated

      ZERO work life balance. 120% work. though the absolute packages high the average working hours the comp / work hours ( i.e $ per hour) it might be same as else where too strict timings in incoming and out going ...
