      Great for Freshers, Geeks, Extremely Aggressive personalities only.

      Pros

      1) Continuous work with E2E responsibilities. 2) Great for Freshers/Developers or with Focused Tech Geeks 3) Compared to Services companies , Better Pay 4) Good recognition at a Start level. 5) Once you got good recognition, Management will support you continously

      Cons

      1) Work - Life Balance will be pathetic 2) E2E management is taken literally with Wires, Switches are also your responsibilities. 3) If you don't have good network with Chinese managers and indian managers you will be doomed 4) You can not learn from your mistakes & Once you got screwed, you will always be screwed(like a scape goat) 5) Worst Training Management...Employees have to learn everything by themselves (except freshers)

      Good for freshers looking for learning fast...Horrible for others

      Pros

      -Extremely fast learning for both developers and Testers. -Good professional growth if you can leave everything in life and work for them. -Very good for genuine warcaholics

      Cons

      -Work culture is pathetic, no other company can match -All day is work 24/7. If you work on weekends and complain they say you did not plan properly and did not work properly in weekdays -No algorithmic standard work though they produce 10-20K of code every month for each project.Not good for a computer science graduates, good for electronic,electrical or guys interested in telecom. -No respect for staff. They are almost treated like animals. -Layoff if you get a rating of 2 for consecutive 2 years as some of my friends were layed off.

      1. Latest technologies 2. Excellent growth curve 3. Excellent opportunities to show your talent and grow higher 4. Ownership oriented, you own the product end-end 5. No politics, right recognition and rewards 6. Very challenging work, always look for innovation

      Cons

      Not sure whether I can call this as a dis-advantage : there is no option to work from home, but I have seen many of my friends who have this option crib about it since they have to reply to mails 24/7 including on weekends ! So I am happy there is no such option here
