Pros
good env for ppl who want to work and get their hands dirty.... strong product based teams... if you are lucky the team leaders and team members are also ... good salary, good onsite opportunities, some teams do good systems work.... a place which provides unlimited learning potential, by self-doing... not just bookish... this is a great advantage...
Cons
as has been pointed by other reviewers: Absolutely no concept of work life balance... it is just work, work, work, and work. bad HR policies... no freedom whatsoever, constant pressure to deliver, like a pressure cooker.... the term "constant pressure" cannot be more emphasized than this... little technical leadership. they are people managers in the name of architects. treats people like machines.
