On the name of agile screwing life of all the developers No holidays on weekends also for most of the teams. more than 70% team members will be sitting and doing work in Agile projects after 10 night. No flexible timings. Every one has to be present in office by 8.30 Sharp. If delivery leaders are bad they can ask you to go home. even though you have left last night by 3.30. can go to any cheap level to get their work done. Will call you from all the possible unknown numbers to reach you. Put a spy behind you to know where you are going for lunch, how much time you are on desk. No internet connection on your machine. You need to do remote login on server to check your mails or browse internet. You cannot copy or download things from net. Bad things on the name of IS violations. Worst managers, delivery leaders, ICT, Directors. Here you are treated like a robot and not a human being. Not at all human touch in life. Not at all good place for married persons. If other company is paying even 20% less than Huawei please join there. Never ever come and spoil your life.

Hectic work, the way you r treated at the workplace.. u ll be treated worser than coolis. No personal life, no diff b/w week days and weekends.. Expected workin hours ll be 12 minimum.. No ethics.. Cheating is normal in all ways.. from all the depts.. While leaving company, u ll see completely diff face... This u see in more than 95% teams.. some exceptions might be there(which I doubt)..
