Pros
Localization has been the hottest topic at our overseas operations over the past two years. Training and developing our local staff is our major work for this year. I myself have witnessed the number of our local staff increase from one to three digits. After talking with or getting to know them, I have learned a lot of stories about them, which you may feel touching.
