Racist company. Chinese people are acting superior to Europeans and it makes the work day terrible. The Chinese leaders are like small kids that behave like they come directly from kindergarten. They have no experience in management or leadership and have difficulties in basic communication with Europeans in English. Almost all Chinese people in Huawei Europe has cultural and language problems. They spit, fart and has problems understanding how toilets work in Europe. They act and behave like they were back On the product side Huawei is untrustworthy and telling lies about features and functions. Huawei is company that will soon have less business in Europe when its customers realizes that they sell features and services that never will be delivered.

The company seems to be generous in the bad economy period..but they expect more that you get paid. Work after hours. teleconference 8pm-12pm 2-3 times a week sometimes to fit China schedule. bad culture to employees. they don't expect you leave for a better job, they call you not "LOYAL". Therefore, it is almost a dead end if you choose this company. NO massage therapist insurance, etc. You need to carefully consider this company if you want to have some family life.
