There are no Pros in working for this company....all negatives I'm afraid.
Cons
How long have you got! No training. Don't pay bonus when targets are met. Nothing gets fixed. A definite 'do not complain about ANYTHING' attitude, so nothing ever gets fixed. A definite 'punish any mistake attitude'. Promote non experienced people into positions they have no knowledge of. Middle and higher management are all Chinese. You end up out of pocket on expenses. If travelling on business the budget for hotels is very low so you have to stay in rubbish accommodation. Chinese travelling on business are expected to stay in hostels. Zero flexibility on work location. Do not have a policy to cover travel inoculations, they expect you to pay yourself for your own safety on their business trips. The attitude is work comes before family. I could go on and on.....be warned working here will damage your health and you will at some point think 'how does this company make so much money'.
