      Pros

      Very Good bonus! (it depends of a lot a things , i am still trying to guess ). Good products. That's it.

      Cons

      The worst management of the world ! No worklife balance ! stupid processes (not useful at all) ! No culture, ecosystem really really poor ! Working as a robot (a stupid one). I cannot really understand the huawei success , it's just a big chaos. Sell sell sell ! P.O P.O P.O , they think that customers place the P.O for pleasure after a hand shaking. Medieval Company.

      Global company with an impressive growth in the last years. Excellent products to offer. There are many challenges in any position, so it is almost impossible to get bored.

      Cons

      Internal communication issues and very long processes. Since it is a global company, procedures and regulations are revised constantly, so probably the things you learn today might not help much in the near future.
