Strong branding and excellent with smoke and mirror. Having said that the innovative work in the industry done IBI is great.

Cons

don't be fooled with $ spent on the branding and social media manipulation including fake 4 or 5 ratings here.

Love working at IBI. Not only are you recognized for your commitment and work, but you are also given creative freedom and then rewarded for your efforts. Definitely no glass ceiling, you are supported by senior mangement in all of your goals.

Cons

No downsides that I can think of.
