Thank you for your review. Due to the nature of the consulting industry, longer hours might be expected of our employees from time to time. Work-life balance is something that is important to us, so if you feel as though you are not getting that, please speak to your manager about taking vacation or sharing your work. We want to ensure our people are being paid for all of the hours they work, but overtime eligibility is based on the employment standards of the local jurisdictions we operate within. IBI has some large teams and we can understand how collaboration can feel inefficient at times. However, never stop bringing your ideas to your colleagues as they are always welcome!
