      Pros

      The National and global expanse of the company gives you access to a variety of offices to reach out to and collaborate with, as well as within your own team. The collaborative team environment allows for so many opportunities to bounce ideas, learn from others, receive and/or provide leadership, etc. The growth opportunities are therefore endless for willing employees within many teams.

      Cons

      IBI Group as a whole still has work to do in terms of company policies and benefits. In order stay competitive they will need to address the lack of RRSP matching, vacation time not increasing until 10 years of employment, etc.

      Things are done quite repetitively, partly as a response to Toronto's developer driver market
