Thank you for your review! IBI Group takes pride in providing as much work/life balance to our employees as we can. Thank you for taking time to write a review. We are happy to hear that you feel IBI Group is flexible, offers good health insurance and are still allowing our employees to work from home. It is of upmost importance that we allow our employees to return to the office when it is safe to do so and with processes in place. IBI strives to allow a healthy work life balance given the tight- deadline driven industry we work in. It appears your team may be short staffed which is why the workload might be increased. Please know that it is appreciated for all the extra work and hours being put in to ensure our project deadlines are being met. Our compensation team works hard during our Merit Increase cycle to ensure our employees get fair raises and bonuses. Having these conversations with your manager during year- end reviews is also important to ensure open communication and why they should consider a raise for you.
