We are actively working on implementing a RRSP matching program as another perk available to our employees in the future. Overtime is closely monitored and we aim to strike a balance between workload and employee resources on a consistent basis. It is never our intention to be understaffed, but we appreciate all the extra time and effort contributed to ensure deadlines are met.
