flexible, friendly. will allow for flexible schedule some what. There is a large gap between the management and anything below the PM level. Corporate management is trying to re brand its efforts.. good benefits.
Cons
poor projects, poor design canon. open office has a lot of issues regarding work flow. The main sector of practice of the firm are completely disassociated with one another. Lack of focus at a local office level. If you are not a PM you don't have a title, this makes it very difficult if not impossible to move up. there is no room to move up, too many chiefs not enough workers. They expect you to work extra for no pay, no bonus. Look out for their poor project management, will always go over budget and work you extra hard. There is no basic office standards for document creation. Each PM uses their own format, software, system. (they are working to fix this but seems very slow). Great place for planners and engineers, not for architecture.
