Some employees really genuinely care about each other and foster a good team atmosphere. Company seems to really stay busy.

Cons

The company is still finding it's identity and getting itself organized as a whole. There aren't really clearly defined career paths in place. Doesn't seem willing to spring the money to retain valuable and talented employees.
