      Discrimination and Harrassment prevail

      I have met some good people at IBI.

      Cons

      In my many years working at IBI, I experienced repeated and consistent discrimination and Sexual Harrassment that went unchecked despite repeated reports and complaints to management and HR. The culture of fear is strong and present at IBI. Beware of working there if you do not fit into the white male bucket.

Any harassment complaint brought to HR’s attention would have been fully investigated as we take such claims very seriously.       WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR

      Big company, semi-descent benefits which I never used, team members are nice, great co-workers

      Cons

      Worst HR department that doesn't listen to employees or care to help them. Upper management is rude and discouraging. No gender diversity, and nobody cares to improve this. I can go on and on but I think you get the point

      Awful work culture, Depressing, Lacks empathy towards employee.
