Thank you for your review about your time at IBI Group! While we are always looking for ways to improve, we appreciate that you noticed the fun social events that we offer. Having a great work environment is important to us, which includes the ability for staff to socialize outside of their regular day-to-day work environment as well as promoting a healthy work-life balance. A healthy work-life balance isn’t defined the same way by every employee, so we try to provide a variety of flexible work options – like working from home - as flexibility is a critical resource for maintaining productivity and quality of life at IBI Group. We appreciate your advice to management, and we agree that we have many great people working here who have a lot to offer. We are committed to listening to our staff, and this was most recently demonstrated during our first ever Town Hall meeting in which staff were given the opportunity to ask questions directly to our Leadership team – live. As a look ahead, there are some additional resources being implemented that we think will continue to support this open feedback loop.

Related to your comments on performance reviews, we are working hard in this area and we are looking to improve this process to ensure all reviews are beneficial to employees and their career development both by recognizing their achievements and providing constructive criticisms. We’ve recently added a peer feedback loop as part of the performance review process as a way to provide managers a more fulsome picture of their team’s performance
